I booked the transfer from the KIX airport to the hotel in Osaka and the return trip. My flight was delayed for 3 hours, but the shuttle service was not interrupted. A nice and comfortable car waiting for me at the airport once I leave the immigration. That has relieved my headache a lot. The ride is perfect and service fantastic!

Cancellation Policy
1. Short distance Airport/Port/City Transfer(NRT-Tokyo,HND-Tokyo etc):
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance during business days and hours (AM 09:00 - 18:00) are free of charge.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled transfer will incur a full charge and no refund will be issued.
Transfers to/from Hakuba:
- If the cancellation is made 96 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, 90% of the total transfer fee will be refunded after deducting a 10% handling fee. If the cancellation occurs within 96 hours of the scheduled pick-up time, the full fee will be charged, and no refund will be issued. If multiple vehicles are booked for a continuous charter or the same trip, the cancellation policy will be stricter. Please contact us for confirmation.
2. One Day Tour and Car Charter:
- Cancellations must be made at least 96 hours in advance. Any cancellations requested within 96 hours of the scheduled time will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
3. Pick up time and pick up location changes to short distance Airport/Port/City Transfer(not including to/from Hakuba transfer):
- Requests to change the pick-up time or pick-up location must be made at least 24 hours in advance during business days and hours (AM 09:00 - 18:00).
- If we can accommodate the change, we will do so. If not, the service will be provided as per the original booking.
- After one change to the pick-up time or pick-up location, any further changes or cancellations will incur a 100% transfer fee with no refund. 4.Refund Fees:
-Any applicable refund processing fees will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.
