Pick up time and pick up location
We provide free Meet and Greet service, our drivers will wait for customers at the arrival gate of airport/port or at the Hotel lobby(if airbnb, we can discuss a meeting spot where can park a vehicle and easy to be found by google maps) holding a sign board with your name.We provide English/Japanese/Chinese hot line/whatsapp/wechat/line support service, so please don't worry language problem.
Free waiting time and over time charge
For airport pick up, our driver will pick up you based on your flight landing/arriving time. We will wait 60 minutes freely from your flight landing time. 5000 JPY for every hour will be charged for waiting time exceeding 60 minutes for arrival. If the flight arrives early or arrives late, our driver will adjust the pick-up time based on the actual arrival time. If serious delays affect the transfer of the next group of guests, we will try to adjust other vehicles for pick-up and perform the transfer, which may cause the guests to wait, please understand it.
For Hotel or airbnb pick up, we suggest you set the pick up time as 4 hours (Narita airport flight) as well as 3 hours (Haneda airport flight)before flight departure time. Our driver will wait 30 minutes freely from your reserved pick up time. Our driver will wait for you 30 minutes freely. 5000 JPY for every hour will be charged for a waiting time exceeding 60 minutes for departure.
Service time and extra service charge
Our service time is from AM07:00-22:00. Any transfer beyond this service time will be charged 5000JPY extra service fee.
Point to point transfer, no third point
Airport transfer is from one point to another point. This transfer fee doesn’t include any pick up and drop off at third point. Any third point pick up or drop off will be charged at least 5000JPY or above according to the distance and time.And any third point pick up or drop off should be applied in advance.
Pax number, luggages numbers, Baby/Child seat and extra size luggages
The Alphard can accommodate 5 people and 5 pieces of luggage only. One baby Chair is free, more than one baby seat will be charged $30 per baby seat. If you bring any extra size luggages like golfs or ski bags, please inform us in advance.

Payment, Cancellation and No Show Policy
Payment policy: Booking the airport transfer service requires full payment in advance. You can pay by online credit card, paypal, also our staff can accept cash in your hotel or airbnb in advance. When there is a free cancel and 100% refund, the payment will be refund to the customer with deducting the bank/credit card commission or payment commission.
Cancellation Policy: Cancel up to 1 Day and 12 Hours in advance for a full refund. Cancel within 36 hours will be charged 100%, no refund.
No Show Policy: Our driver will wait for customer 75 minutes freely at airport and 30 minutes at hotel/airbnb, waiting time over this time without contacting and over time payment will be regarded a No Show of customer. There is no refund for No Show.
